Editor’s Note
In an effort to refine our message, I’ve asked different Messengers to speak our message…but in their own voice. So with no further adieu….

Tired of not making progress?
Tired of doing the latest program or video and not getting the results you wanted?
Probably.
Have you considered asking some different questions?
I didn’t really think about it until I came across Mike T Nelson.
Then I was introduced to The Movement.
Since then, I have improved every single day.
Every single lift.
Every single workout.
I have a journal over the last couple of years to prove it.
How did I improve? I asked better questions.
I realized that no one else can possibly know
what’s best for me than me.
Only I know what I’ve been through
and what my strengths and limitations are.
Funny thing about limitations.
When I stay within them, I see even faster progress.
How is that possible? No idea.
Don’t really care either.
I just want better, and I’m getting it.
In just the past month I’ve:
· Increased my max intensity on the deadlift by 70 lbs
· Went from doing partial pistol squats to jumping squats on a 12″ box.
· 21 pullups in 3:30 to 34 pullups in 8:25 (which is both more and faster) with 35 lbs added to my waist.
· Oh, by the way, I’ve also dropped 10 pounds of bodyweight, 5.7 of that being fat mass.
Getting better every single day is awesome.
The more I learn the faster the progress.
“What can I do today to get better?”
is the question I ask myself everyday.
Are you getting better?
If not, do something different.
Try a different direction.
Think about The Movement.
